The Obscure Spring

Igor (José María Yazpik) works as a plumber in a big office building. He is overwhelmingly attracted to Pina (Irene Azuela), a lonely secretary that goes around serving coffee to her boss’ clients. Their sexual desires prove to be life-changing as Igor’s wife Flora (Cecilia Suárez) starts wondering whether her husband is having an affair or not. Pina has problems of her own as she finds it hard to juggle between her new found single life and taking care of her young son Lorenzo. A blinded by lust Igor, decides to buy Flora a copy machine with their life savings while Pina decides to put together a lion costume for her son’s school presentations, both actions will lead to one final act of unusual proportions.
